The vision of Gulf Coast Kid’s House is to provide a place where child protective services, law enforcement, prosecution, medical and mental health professionals’ work together under one roof to provide comprehensive services.

We have a full staff including billing, closing and evaluations personnal to handle the ever growing needs of our clients. We employ off-site server for 100% redundancy, ensuring our network never goes down - even during major hurricanes.

Challenges

Gulf Coast Kid’s House had a simple HTML website in place. However, because of its simplicity and old technology, it did not properly convey the importance of the mission of this non-profit organization. In addition, it did not offer an easy way to make donations or properly recognize sponsors or special events.

Solution

When Gulf Coast Kid’s House was seeking bids for a new website, we decided to offer them the best bid possible: FREE! Because of our belief in their mission, we decided to help them out by donating a state-of-the-art website that was fun to visit and made it easy to offer donations. We incorporated a flash header using high-def pictures that say it all. We used a simple menu layout and a light-box photo album to catalog the progress of the Gulf Coast Kid’s House. To top it off, we included a simple shopping cart/donation solution and married it to their merchant account.

Results

The Gulf Coast Kid’s House staff expressed their happiness in the new site! They love the monthly updates and the simplicity of it all. Their online rankings in Google have been drastically increased. And most importantly, their donations are way up! We are just glad to be part of it all!
